We are a small Breeder/Kennel located in
Bullhead City, Arizona near the the Colorado River.
Colra Danes was founded in 1998 for the love of the Breed by Colette Hayes

W strive to produce sound and healthy quality Great Danes with
"EXCELLENT"
temperaments for Conformation, Obedience, Agility, Rally
Service and Therapy work and of course our wonderful quality companions.

We only breed when we want something for ourselves or want to incorporate something into our breeding program.

Visitors are always welcome and encouraged to see for themselves what OUTSTANDING
temperaments I have and how my Danes are raised as a part of my family.

We are proud to say that many of my Danes are Breeder-Ownerhandled and many are ownerhandled by their new owners.

In 2022 I brought in my best friend Erika Quinones to officially be a part of Colra Danes.
Erika has been behind the scenes for close to 10 years. She has been a HUGE help to me over the years.
She has helped with multiple whelping, taking care of puppies while I am at work or away at a show,
aides in puppy socialization/training and all aspects of puppy/adult care. She has also had dogs her whole life.

In 2025 we decided to expand our breeding program to include a harlequin/mantle and merle line.
We will still have our black line which we specialize in, we will have a black/fawn line and now harle, mantle and merle line.
May 2025 we had our first harlequin bred litter and our first keeper puppy is a lovely merle who will be
our foundation of our harle, mantle and merle line. We are very excited to expand our lines.
